About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by four white square kerb sections, space capped and covered with grey gravel. Headstone in shape of open book with flat pages and central tassel is supported by two tick rests within space, near top of space. Book shows black lettering and stands on bow fronted white base with container, all stands on grey rectangular foundation. Semi recumbent square white stone with black lettering stands within space toward bottom left corner, undecorated except for slightly chamfered edges. Stands on grey foundation.
