About the memorial: Polished marble obelisk set atop a rough-hewn, stone square. Plaques are polished, black marble with gold lettering. The memorial is set within a small garden which has a brick flooring with borders around the edge, wooden seating, a small bridge/walkway over a stream and two granite blocks at the entrance which display service badges. The memorial was created in 2016.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
