About the memorial: Horizontal rectangular stone with square top and checks dropping to straight sides, stands on horizontal rectangular foundation. Decorative vertical rectangular fluted recess to upper section of stone and to each side frames centrefield which has dedication in black lead lettering.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

Son of Henry John and Mary Elizabeth Hubble of The Old Bank House, Brigg, Lincs (address as CWGC, address on census is Bank House, Main Street, Bulwell, NTT). Born Nottingham, NTT. Missing and commemorated Tyne Cot Memorial. Panel 35 to 37 and 162 to 162A.
