About the memorial: Horizontal rectangular stone with oval top and checks. Flower head and leaf decoration to each side toward top. Raised centre field contains inscription in faded black lead lettering. Square kerbs around remaining 3 sides enclose grave space and there are square posts to each bottom corner. Grave space capped and covered with green chippings. Square vase within space. Left kerb broken.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.
