About the memorial: Bronze plaque placed on the north wall of St Paul’s church. The memorial was Presented by the VADs (London 216 and London 35). Fairlawn functioned as a military convalescent hospital from November 1915 to October 1919.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

To the glory of God and in memory of the patients and staff of the Fairlawn Auxiliary Military Hospital who have passed away during the Great War

[None]. No names are listed but about 30 patients died after returning to active service as did one member of London 216 and four members of London 35.
