About the memorial: Stone three-stepped octagonal base surmounted by an octagonal plinth, shaft and Latin cross. The inscription is on the sides of the plinth. This memorial is located just off the narrow tarmac road between Chave Court and Hereford Sports and Social Club at the opposite end of the playing field to the A49. Moved here from a site on the A49.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
