About the memorial: The memorial is a plaque with a wooden frame located in the school's entrance corridor. It is thought to have previously been located elsewhere in the school and moved to make it more accessible. The names of the fallen are in raised lettering within a raised carved wreath in the centre of the plaque. The top of the wreath has a crown and underneath this is a small plate which has the school's initials inscribed into it. Curving round the top of the wreath is the main dedication and conflict dates and underneath it are fixed smaller plaques with the words 'their name liveth forevermore' and 'they counted not their lives dear unto themselves.' The whole metal plaque is surrounded by a raised carved frame.
