About the memorial: An elaborate wall monument with base and pediment, flanked by two pilasters with a castellated top. A plaque is inset in a window shaped recess with a sword of sacrifice in gilt on the plaque. The arms of Shrewsbury are on the pediment and a crown on the highest castellation.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
