About the memorial: The shelter is next to the Rose and Crown pub and in front of its car park. The shelter is built of stone with a tiled roof. The names of the WW1 and WW2 Fallen are on two plaques at the centre, flanked by plaques bearing the names of those who served and returned. There is an iron railing in front of the shelter.
