About the memorial: This memorial consists of a sculpture surrounding by a wall which has granite plaques commemorating individuals. Curved wall set on raised area with five steps leading up to it. The centre of the wall rises to a high rectangular section with nowy-headed top. Bounded by small square plinths of each side. Inscription plaques of bronze with raised lettering set into front of stone. Bronze wreath set within nowy-headed top above inscription plaque. Bronze circular plaques with foliage decoration at top and bottom set on small plinths.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
