About the memorial: Two Three-Light Windows. Right commemorates the brothers, left their parents. Mary and Christ as a infant in centre of right window worshipped by Three Kings and a Sailor and Royal Naval Airman, which serve as representations of the deceased. Associated stone tablet mounted on wall between two windows.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

Lt R L Johnstone was killed on board HMS Indomitable in 1942 and Sub Lt O T Johnstone on board HMS Dasher in 1943.
