About the memorial: Captain Lane-Pool was killed on duty at Shoeburyness in 1915. Lt Payne was shot by a sniper at Masnieres in 1917. Captain Robinson was killed in action in Burma in 1944. Flight Lt Birkbeck was killed in action over Germany in 1943.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
