About the memorial: There are two memorials. One is a marble plaque with incised and painted lettering. The other is a metal plaque. The memorial plaques were originally in the Haddiscoe Methodist Chapel but when the chapel closed the plaque was moved into storage at a local blacksmiths. It has since been moved to the Bier Shed inside the church grounds. A new home for the memorial is being identified.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
