About the memorial: Foundation platform supporting a three-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth, rectangular sectioned shaft and integral Latin cross. All four plinth faces bear incised inscriptions and names, infilled with black paint. WW2 names have been added beneath the Great War inscription and names on each plinth.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
