About the memorial: Limestone monolith on a two stepped base located in a Garden of Remembrance. Five name panels. Central panel for date. Small, granite stone for flowers sited to the right hand side of the memorial. Surrounded and overhung by trees. Garden enclosed by stone wall and fronted by two stone columns with Latin crosses and a wrought iron gate.
