About the memorial: A brass plaque 25in high by 15in wide located on the right hand side of the nave. No indication of conflicts in which Storry served but given his dates could be any British Wars from 1859 to 1891. Not a war memorial. He died aged 66. Non-combat death.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

East Yorkshire badge at the top followed by ' In Memory of Colonel Edwin Storry VD, 2nd Volunteer Battalion East Yorskhire Regiment who died 24th September 1893, aged 66 years. He was one of the first rifle volunteers enrolled in the East Riding in 1859 and after passing through all ranks was promoted to colonel of the battalion in 1891. This tablet placed here by his brother officers in token of their sincere esteem and regard. '
