About the memorial: Within the churchyard, south of the church. Addition to the gravestone of Thomas David Jones, also commemorating his brothers: John Henry Jones, born December 11th, 1892, died on active service July 13th, 1916, and buried in the British Military Cemetery, Etaples, France; and, Robert William Jones, who lost his life while serving as a Sub-Lieut., sunk off Cape Ticahi, 21st February, 1917.

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.

ALSO JOHN HENRY THE BELOVED AND YOUNGEST SON OF W. & E. JONES, BORN DEC 11TH 1892, DIED ON ACTIVE SERVICE JULY 13TH 1916, AND IS BURIED AT THE BRITISH MILITARY CEMETERY ETAPLES, FRANCE. 'GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS, THAT A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS.' JOHN XV 13. ALSO OF OUR BELOVED ELDEST SON ROBERT WILLIAM WHO LOST HIS LIFE WHILE ACTING AS A SUB. LIEUT. H.M.F.M.
