About the memorial: A ceramic tablet with mosaic-style decoration in a marble surround. The design is almost identical with tablets elsewhere produced by Kayll & Read of Leeds. Originally sited on the interior west wall of the church on the south side of the door into the tower. Now in the equivalent position further east on the wall of the newly created community rooms built within the western section of the church. Relocation completed in 2013.
