If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

Sacred to the memory of Pte. Leonard Chapple, Seaforth Highlanders who served in the Great War and died in action, March 24th 1918, aged 23 years. A respected member and faithful worker of this church. This tablet was erected by his fellow church-workers, 1921. There was also a Roll of Honour: the inscription is below; Honour where honour is due. Our Roll of Honour in the Great War- Moor Row Wesleyan Church, 1914 and 1918. Miss Eliza J.
