About the memorial: Two wooden boards. The WW1 board has the names of the fallen in gold in the centre column, the names of the served/returned in white in two columns on either side of the fallen (total of 4 columns). There is an integral shelf below the central column for a cross. The WW2 & later board is a simple highly varnished board. Were at GREAT CLIFTON CHURCH ROOMS until closed & sold around the year 2000.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
