About the memorial: Standard wooden park bench with a brass plaque centrally in the vertical back of the bench. The plaque features an incised badge of the Parachute Regiment at top centre. He died in Helmand Province, Afghanistan while on active service. He was buried at Carlisle Cemetery on 24th June 2008 after a Military Funeral. The seat is nNear the City Cenotaph and the Band Stand.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
