About the memorial: Hanging on the rear (west) wall of the nave.A framed and glazed illuminated roll of honour, with coloured and decorated border. Divided into four sections. The upper section lists the names of the 8 fallen; the second section lists the names of 5 who became prisoners of war; the third section lists the names of 28 men who survived, whilst the last section contains the name of one man who served in the Navy. Within each section the names are listed alphabetically by surname, followed by first name and rank, and details of wounded where appropriate.

Grants to support the repair and conservation of war memorials are available from the charity War Memorials Trust if it has raised funds. Support is focused on war memorials in Very bad or Poor condition or where there is a serious Concern.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
