About the memorial: This Memorial Names RN Sick Berth Staff and Reserve and Auxiliary Staff from the Chatham Division who were killed in WWI. Many were serving on-board HMS Cressy, Hogue and Abukir (The Bait Ships) and HMHS Rohilla and other ships.The Plaque (Memorial) was passed to RNH Haslar when Chatham closed as a Naval Establishment and is now on show in St Luke's Church Haslar and can be found in the Balcony of the Church.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.
