About the memorial: Previously located in the Blaina United Reformed Church in Gladstone Street (previously Congregational). On closure of the church the panels were moved to Blaina Heritage Museum. The memorial is in the form of three polished wood panels with 'Old English' gold lettering. Brass handle at the base of each panel. Total size of all three panels / triptych: Height 1750mm; Width 2160mm; Depth 25mm. The Memorial is in Good Condition.
