About the memorial: Within the church on the outer wall of the north ailse. A coloured marble plaque, surmounted by the cap badge of the Royal Army Medical Corps, commemorating Lieutenant William Margotson Heald, Royal Army Medical Corps, who died of wounds in France in 1918, and was the son of the Rector.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
