About the memorial: Polished pink granite memorial with inscriptions engraved and painted black. Composed of four levels: top level pediment carved with geometric motif in relief; middle two levels carry inscriptions, lowest level plain. Surmounted by polished pink granite obelisk. Pedestal in three levels: upper two sandstone, lowest concrete. Unpolished pink granite plaque set into pedestal, with inscription engraved and painted black. Rests on concrete base enclosed on three sides by flagstone rubble boundary wall; on roadside by cast iron railings painted green. Access from road via two parallel sets of steps.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
