The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

In the most holy name of JesusPray for the souls of, MARGARET beloved wife of MICHAEL DOOLAN, died April 19th 1916 aged 59 years also for PTE JAMES DOOLAN their son killed in action in France July 3rd 1917 aged 28 years. Also for WILLIAM their son died Feby 25th 1919 aged 20 years. Also MICHAEL beloved husband of MARGARET DOOLAN died June15th 1929, aged 75 years. Also for ROBERT their son died April17th 1943 aged 42 years. Also SOPHIA, beloved wife of the above ROBERT, died July 13th 1984, aged 87 years.
