About the memorial: Brass plaque mounted on wood which is two inches wider all the way around it is in the interior of church . Originally in the Dunston Hill Primitive Methodist Church the brass plaque was transferred in the late 1970’s to Dunston Hill Methodist Church, the plaque is 1 foot 4 inches by 1 foot 8 inches, the 16 names in full caps are listed in two columns of eight, The plaque cost £550:00 and was unveiled by a Mr. Robert Scott in 1923.
