About the memorial: seen it on a newspaper cutting. Further to the previous comment, a site visit revealed that the building, whose entrance was in fact in Boss Street, is no longer Tower Bridge Police Station. Indeed the entrance, over which the blue lamp originally hung, is no longer an entrance but the door has been replaced by brickwork and a window. It was not possible to ascertain whether the memorial is in fact still in the building, and googling has failed to locate the newspaper article referred to above, which may have referred to the relocation of the memorial when the building ceased to be a police station.
