About the memorial: Within the churchyard on the northern edge, overlooking The Street. A hooded Latin cross, atop a slender, tapering column, which sits upon a square plinth, the whole sitting upon a polygonal, two-tiered base. The whole is made from sandstone.The front of the plinth bears the general commemoration for WW1, with the left and right faces listing the names of 8 men (4 per face) who fell in WW1, the the rear face bearing the WW2 dates and the name of one fallen. The names consist of first name, other initial, and surname, cut in relief into the stonework. Around the base is an epitaph.
