About the memorial: An ancient village cross was restored and converted into a Great War memorial. Two-stepped octagonal base surmounted by a plinth, collar, tapering octagonal sectioned column and tabernacle with canopy. The tabernacle is decorated with Christ crucified, St. George with shield, Virgin and child, St. Margaret of Antioch. No names are recorded on the memorial, inscription only.
