About the memorial: The memorial is in the form of a grey stone plaque fixed to a wall. The memorial was originally located at Stoney Stanton Road Wesleyan Church on the corner of Stoney Stanton Road and Eagle Street. The memorial was relocated to Cornerstone Methodist Church when the original Church closed. It is now due to be relocated again.
