About the memorial: Ada Street Council School was renamed St Andrew's School in 1954. Originally there was two framed rolls of honor one either side of the memorial which have since been lost. The memorial plaque to Old Boys who died during WW1 is in the main school hall. The memorial was unveiled on Thursday July 14th 1921 by Col. E. Martineau.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
