A large sheet of yellow paper. set in a wooden frame and protected by glass, with a dedicatory central panel. At the sides are the names of the Departments from which the men came and under each is the town and name of the individual. See below. The paper is highly decorated with 2 coats of arms at the top of the central panel, swords and ears of corn. Unfortunately the glass reflects the light from the station and makes it difficult to read head-on.
