Marble plaque: '' Mors Janua Vitae'' To the Glory of God and in everlasting memory of William Charles Woollett Capt.11th.Battn.Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry killed in action in France on the Somme September 16th. 1916 in his 26th. year. Sacrificed at the altar of liberty he passed onto life everlasting.
