About the memorial: Wooden bookcase with two leaded lights windows and a central ivory panel with the names written in black. Below are two cupboards with doors opening from the centre. Believed to be in storage at St. Edmunds Church, Tyseley, but cannot be confirmed as there is a large locked cabinet, too heavy to easily move, which may contain this memorial.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
