About the memorial: Rough-hewn stone memorial consisting of a two-stepped rectangular base surmounted by a rectangular sectioned tapering plinth & rectangular sectioned tapering shaft with wheel cross. Inscription & names on smoothed frontal area of plinth, further names on front face of upper step. Centre of wheel cross has the letters "i h s" in black.
