WHOLE STANDS ON SMALL BOULDERS AND IS ENCLOSED BY A LOW WROUGHT IRON FENCE WITH FLEUR DE LYS AT EACH CORNER SWORD HANGS ON THE CROSS AND CAP IS ON THE RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE TOP PLINTH
