About the memorial: An oak triptych surmounted by a triangular pediment with a gold ring. The two doors are fastened by a carved rose. The memorial inscription is carved into the wood. Names are painted onto or inlaid into the wood. The cemtral panel has the names and details of those who died. The insides of the two wings have names painted in black for Solicitors (left) and Articled Clerks who have served (right). The memorial is currently (August 2016) part of an exhibition at the museum which is due to run until the end of 2018.
