About the memorial: The memorial is a wheel cross decorated on the front (east) side with celtic knot patterns The inscriptions are on the base of the cross. It is set within kerbs filled with gravel. The cross is to the south side of the church adjacent to the path leading from the churchyard gate to the south door of the church. The names of those who died in 1939-45 are on the south side of the base.
