Slate plaque attached to rough hewn stone.
"The memorial in the park was originally to remember the fallen of the Second World War, this has been refurbished as part of the renovation works, and the Falklands Memorial which stood near the main entrance has now been incorporated into this one memorial area." Amber Valley Borough Council
The bronze plaque on the main memorial has
the names of the fallen, the Falklands conflict
memorial bears no names.
