About the memorial: This is a three-light stained glass window depicting St George, Michael the Archangel and St Alban with military detailing, taking up most of the east side of the Soldiers' Chapel. It was unveiled by Lord Horne in 1920. At the foot of the window and taking up all its width at sill level is a stone plaque commemorating the men of Hanslope who took part in World War 1; on the adjacent south wall is a similar tablet in memory of those who fought in World War II.
