Above the 14-18 Memorial with list of names is an additional plaque inscribed: "THIS PLAQUE COMMEMORATES/ THE NAMES OF THE/ MEN AND WOMEN/ OF FALMOUTH/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES/ IN THE WAR OF 1939 – 1945. THE NAMES OF THE FALLEN ARE RECORDED/ IN THE BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE/ IN THE KING CHARLES PARISH CHURCH". Falmouth Town Council hope to add a small memorial wall in monumental stonework around the rear of the existing memorial site during 2018.
