About the memorial: Two-stepped square base surmounted by a square-footed octagonal sectioned plinth incorporating an overhanging and concave-moulded upper section face. Rising from the plinth is a square-footed octagonal sectioned tapering shaft and integral terminal armed cross. Quatrefoil motif design on south face, at centre of cross. The main inscription, in relief, is spread over the south-west, south and south-east plinth faces. The upper step riser face, bears an incised inscription.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
