LNER On this track hte LNER streamline Pacific Locomotive SirRalph Wedgwood was destroyed during an air raid on the night of 28/29 April 1942. Nearby Class B16 No. 925 was also destroyed. This plaque was placed in remembrance by The Gresley Society on the fiftieth anniversary 29 April 1992.
