Independent Methodist Church & Sunday School, Wingates, Westhoughton. Roll of Honour. This hall is erected as a Memorial to the men who served in the Great War 1914-1918 whose names are as follows:- The first five made the Supreme Sacrifice

Those killed - Boydell, Peter; Lee, Charles E.; Seddon, Robert; Sutcliffe, John; Taylor, Henry. Many other names are clearly legible from the attached photographs
