ALSO OF HIS FOUR SONS WHO GAVE THIER LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY. HARRY BERTRAM ABADIE DSO LT XI PRINCE ALBERTS OWN HUSSARS DIED AT NORVALS PONT S. AFRICA 23RD FEBRUARY 1901 AGED 28 YEARS. GEORGE EDWARD FANSHAWE ABADIE CMG FORMERLY CAPTAIN XVI LANCERS FIRST RESIDENT OF ZARIA NIGERIA DIED AT KANO WEST AFRICA 11TH FEB 1904 AGED 30 YEARS. EUSTACE HENRY EGREMONT ABADIE DSO MAJOR IN QUEENS ROYAL LANCERS KILLED IN ACTION AT MESSINES BELGIUM 31ST OCT 1914 AGED 37 YEARS. RICHARD NEVILL ABADIE DSO COLONEL 2ND BATT KINGS ROYAL RIFLE CORPS KILLED IN ACTION AT NIEUPORT BELGIUM 10TH FEBRUARY 1917 AGED 35 YEARS. GRANT THEM ETERNAL REST AND EVERLASTING LIGHT SHINE ON THEM
