About the memorial: On the left had side of the path to the church of St.Peter in Brookside, Moulton is a Portland stone cross pattee ( the cross on a three stepped base). The cross itself is pattee Cross upon a slender octagonal pillar. About 12 feet high on a 3 feet square base. Unveiled on 23rd May 1920 by Lieutenant R.T.Robins, it was constructed by builders W.J.Nutty Unveiling recorded in Bury and Norwich Post on 28th March 1920.
