About the memorial: A wooden, roofed triptych, with a carving of kneeling angels with halos and golden sun in its eaves. It has a central panel with dedication & names and the side panels show war start & end dates. Below the central panel is the name of the memorial. It is mounted on a stone built, capped plinth and has further plaques on its rear.
