OF FOOT, AT THE/ BATTLE OF EGMONT-OP-ZEE, ON THE 6TH. OCTR. 1799,/ (WHICH TERMINATED THE EXPEDITION TO HOLLAND)/ WHERE HE WAS KILLED IN THE 44TH. YEAR OF HIS AGE,/ LEAVING A WIDOW AND EIGHT CHILDREN TO MOURN/ THEIR IRREPARABLE LOSS./ HIS BODY WAS BURIED BY HIS BROTHER SOLDIERS/ IN THE CHURCH YARD NEAR THE FIELD OF BATTLE./ ALSO OF/ RACHEL, RELICT OF THE ABOVE,/ DAUGHTER OF PETER DOBREE, OF GUERNSEY, ESQ./ WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON THE 4TH DAY OF MAY, 1842,/ IN THE 79TH YEAR OF HER AGE./ HER REMAINS ARE INTERRED WITH THOSE OF/ OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY, IN A VAULT,/ IN ALL SAINTS CHURCH, DERBY.
